Our Philosophy

Dimondale believes that adolescents, regardless of social or economic condition, have the capacity to take charge of their lives and should be enabled and empowered to make critical decisions for their future. We do this by:

  • Creating a treatment and educational setting that is safe, nurturing, adaptive and responsive to the needs of residents.
  • Providing a continuum of care involving varied degrees of structure and services through a team approach.
  • Ensuring a whole-person, multi-disciplinary approach by addressing an individual’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
  • Offering culturally sensitive services that demonstrate a respect for the cultural differences of clients.
